Min första ATC!

Har sedan European Scrap Battlen i höstas varit nyfiken på ATC kort, och härom dagen blev jag utmanad att göra ett till Skaparlustens roliga online "byte"! 

Since European scrap battle last fall, I have been curious to make some ATC cards, and the other day I was challenged to make one for an online "swap" at Skaparlusten!

Utmaningen, som pågår till 15 februari, är att det ska vara med något som flyger, annars är det fritt fram att använda papper, olika tekniker mm...

The challenge, that ends February 15th, is to make an ATC with something that flies, that´s all, you can use any papers, different techniques and so on...

Och så här blev mitt ATC! 

And this is my ATC!

Det heter "Up and away?" och är ett unikt kort, ett 1/1 kort. Man kan göra ATC kort i serier och då märker man dem som kort 1/8 om det är del 1 av 8...
Man kan ge dem namn, och så märker man dem på baksidan med information om vem som gjort kortet, epostadress och annan info man tycker är viktig.

It´s called "Up and away?" and is an unique card, a 1/1 card. You can make ATC cards in series and then you label them as card 1/8 if it is card 1 of 8 cards.
You can name them, and then on the back you write the artists name, emailadress and other information you think that who ever gets the card needs to know.

Sedan kan man byta med varandra, som ungarna byter hockeybilder, och det är därför de har detta måttet, 2½ inch x 3½ inch, då passar det nämligen i plastfickor till sådana samlaralbum! Smart va?

And then you swap cards with other artists, like kids swap hockey pictures, and that is why the cards are 2½ inch x 3½ inch, they fit perfectly in the plastic pockets of collectors albums! Clever!

Mitt kort fick lite överhäng på kanten, med vingarna, så det kommer inte passa i en plastficka, men min byteskompis sa att det var ok ändå, eftersom hon har sina ATC kort på väggen :) 

My ATC card got the wings sticking off the edge, so it won´t fit in a plastic pocket, but my swap buddy said that it was ok by her anyways, since she keeps her swapped ATC cards on the wall :)

Jag har använt lite olika tekniker, det är modeling paste genom stenciler (Tim Holtz), stämplar från Inkadinkado (ballong och vingar) och från Prima (rutor med text), färgsprayer från Dylusions och Tattered angels, clearly for art plast från studio 490, distress ink pads, guld embossing pulver och en metallcharm...

I have used different techniques, modeling paste through stencils (Tim Holtz), stamps from Inkadinkado (the balloon and the wings) and from Prima ( the squares with words), mists from Dylusions and Tattered angels, clearly for art plastic from studio 490, distress ink pads, gold embossing powder and a metal charm...

Tim Holtz månadstags 2014 - januari

Äntligen tillbaka igen! Det är mycket som tagit upp värdefull pysseltid i höst. Om nu någon har missat det så har jag startat upp Annas Pyssel & Papp. Kika gärna in på facebook och gilla Annas Pyssel & Papps sida :)

Finally! Back again! It has been a hectic fall for me, I have started my own business, Annas Pyssel & Papp!  :) 

Men nu var det dags för Tim Holtz månadstags igen! Januari tagen bjuder på många favoriter för mig, använda stenciler, metall foil tape, embossing och kugghjul...

But now it is time for the 12 tags of 2014! The January one contains many of my personal favourites, using stencils, metall foil tape, embossing and cog wheels...

Jag ska inte bli så långrandig med vad jag använt, och hur den här gången, jag har nämligen tänkt hinna med att leka lite med ATC kort idag och en jätterolig utmaning på Skaparlusten! 

I will not talk so much about what products I have been using, and how, today I plan to play with ATC cards and a really fun challenge at Skaparlusten!

Visst blir det läckert med metall foil tapen! Jag har klätt en chipboard ram som jag hade liggandes i förrådet med metalltejpen och sedan embossat den med en text embossing folder från Sizzix/Tim Holtz alterations. Cirkeln är av chipboard och klädd med metall tejp och sedan embossad med kugghjuls embossing folder, Sizzix/Tim Holtz alterations. Sedan har jag gnuggat ned svart distress paint och låtit det torka lite, innan jag torkat bort överflödig färg... Så läckert!

Isn´t the metall foil tape cool! I have applied it to an old chipboard frame I found in the storage, and then embossed it with an folder from Sizzix/Tim Holtz alterations. The circle is also covered chipboard and embossed with a cogwheels folder, also from Sizzix/Tim Holtz alterations. Then I rubbed some black soot distress paint, dry for a bit and then wipe off excess paint... So cool!

Gnuggisar från Tim Holtz, och en gammal överbliven charm från Prima vintage trinkets. Jag har stämplat admit one stämpel (Tim Holtz) på en pappersbit och stansat ut den, limmat den på charmen och sedan fäst bubblan ovanpå, och så några extra kugghjul. :)

Remnant rubs from Tim Holtz, and an old charm from Prima vintage trinkets. I stamped admit one (stamp from Tim Holtz) on some scrap paper and punched it out, glued it to the charm and attached the bubble ontop, and of course some extra cog wheels. :)

Till sist stämplade (stämpel Tim Holtz) jag en text som passar bra i mitt liv just nu, det gäller att våga göra det man drömt om! :)

At last, but not least, I stamped a sentiment stamp (Tim Holtz), that fits perfectly with my life right now, to have the courage to imagine and then do what you´ve dreamt of! :)

European scrap battle - utmaning 4!

Det har varit mycket på sista tiden, mycket roligt händer med Annas Pyssel & Papp och jag trivs som fisken i vattnet! 
There has been a lot going on lately, much fun with Annas Pyssel & Papp, and I have a great time!

Har hunnit med lite scrapbattle också, nu är vi på omgång 4, och den här gången handlade det om blommor...
But, I´ve had some time over for the European scrap battle, now we are at battle rounds 4, and this time it was all about flowers...

Så här blev mitt bidrag i mixed media klassen!

De små korten är från Primas Everyday Vintage serie och de är fantastiska som de är, jättefin kvalitet och bra tjockt papper så man kan färglägga lite akvarelligt med mycket vatten... 
The small cards come from Primas Everyday Vintage series, and they are amazing papers as they are, great quality and good sturdy paper so you can colour them watercoloury, using lots of water...

Fjärilen och trollsländan är färglagda med hemmagjord distress ink/perfect pearls mist och distress markers... 
Jag sprayade ut lite mist på craftsheet och plockade upp det med vattenpensel. Vinklar man på boken så glittrar det av guld perfect pearlsen som är blandad i färgen! 
The butterfly and the dragonfly are coloured with homemade distress ink/perfect pearls mist and distress markers...
I sprayed some mist onto the craftsheet and picked it up with a waterbrush. If you angle the book, it glitters so pretty from the gold perfect pearls powder mixed in the ink!

Tim Holtz månadstags 2013 - augusti

Ute i sista minuten! Det är dags för Tim Holtz månadstags igen, och den här gången är det bloggandet jag är sen med, tagen har varit färdig länge...

Last minute! Time for the Tim Holtz 12 tags of 2013 again, this time it´s the blogging that I am late with, the tag has been done for weeks...

Den här gången har vi lekt med masking teknik och distress markers.

This time we have been playing around with masking technique and distress markers.

Here´s my tag:

Bakgrunden är gjord med distress stains och jag använde pumice stone och vintage photo.

Använde ballongstämpeln, från Tim Holtz, jag gillar den! Tim gjorde en mask av masking sheet, självhäftande och genomskinligt och alldeles säkert mycket praktiskt, men det hade jag inget hemma, så jag pusslade ihop en mask av 4 post it notes, stämplade ballongen på och klippte ut. Stämplade sedan ballongen på tagen och på med masken ovanpå. 

Och samma procedur med klockan, också en Tim Holtz stämpel.

I used the balloon stamp, from Tim Holtz, I like that stamp! Tim made a mask from a piece of masking sheet, selfadhesive and clear plastic and I am sure most convenient, but I didn´t have any, so I made a mask from four post it notes, stamped the balloon on top and cut out. Then I stamped the balloon where I wanted it on the tag, and put the mask on top.

Same procedur with the clock, also a stamp from Tim Holtz.

Dags för distress markers. Jag gillar den här tekniken, när man färglägger stämpeln och sedan aktiverar bläcket med lite andedräktspuffar och så stämplar som vanligt. Använde textblockstämpeln som hör till ballongsetet, från Tim Holtz. 

Färgerna jag använt är spiced marmalade, fired brick, brushed corduroy, crushed olive, weathered wood och broken china. Pilraden och enjoy texten är stämplar från My minds eye Be amazing och är infärgade med distress markers pumice stone.

Time for the distress markers. I like this technique, you colour the stamp with different colours and the activate the ink with some puffs of breathe, and then you stamp as usual. I used the textblock stamp from the same set as the balloon. The markers I used were: spiced marmalade, fired brick, brushed corduroy, crushed olive, weathered wood och broken china. 

The row of arrows stamp and the enjoy sentiment is from My minds eye Be amazing set, and I coloured it with distress markers pumice stone.

Använde en edgescraper och färgade in kanten med distress ink walnut stain. I mitten av klockan satte jag dit ett kugghjul och en game spinner, från Tim Holtz, i med ett snöre och så var det klart!

Then I used an edgescraper and coloured the edges with distress ink pad walnut stain. In the center of the clock I put a cogwheel and a gamespinner (Tim Holtz), on with a string and done!
